Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By downloading or using PrayerCove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. PrayerCove is made by SudoAI.

The service

PrayerCove is a free, local-first prayer journal. There are no accounts to create and no data is collected — everything you write stays on your device. Some features described on this site, such as shared Coves with invite links, multi-device sync, and paid hosting, are still in development and not yet available.

Your content

Everything you write in PrayerCove belongs to you. It is stored only on your device; we never see it, access it, or claim any rights to it.

Because PrayerCove has no server and no accounts, you are responsible for your own backups. Export anything important — such as your answered-prayer notes — before deleting the app or erasing its data.

Acceptable use

Use PrayerCove only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or misrepresent the app or its branding.

Not professional advice

PrayerCove is a journaling tool, not a source of professional help. Do not rely on it for emergency support, counseling, medical care, or guaranteed data backup. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

No warranty

PrayerCove is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudoAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of data — arising from your use of PrayerCove.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PrayerCove grows. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence. Nothing in them limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under that law.
